NDIS

What is the NDIS?
The NDIS is the new way of providing disability support to you and will provide every Australian under 65 with a permanent and significant disability the support you need to achieve your goals. The rollout of the NDIS is one the biggest changes in the lives of people living with disabilities that we’ve seen in a generation.

Check your eligibility
There are many factors that determine your eligibility including your location, age, and whether you meet the requirements for disability or early intervention support. The full list can be found

Think about your needs and goals
Think about the services and support you currently receive and what you’d like that to look like over the coming year. Our support coordinators can help you with your goals and prepare you for your meeting with the NDIS planner.

Meet your planner & build your plan
Your planner will discuss your current services and support with you and your goals for the future. Your plan will be built based on your goals and the services and support you require.

Put your plan into action
Once your plan has been finalised you get to choose how to put your plan in place. Our support coordinators can help you with everything you’ll need before you put your plan into action. You’ll be able to decide what provider(s) best suit your needs and how your funds will be managed. Once your plan starts, we can help to manage your package and help with market leading support workers.
